Favorite Rome Bus Routes

We have put together a series of favorite bus routes, using the interactive feature of the Rome ATAC site.

Click on a sub-menu item on the left to choose the route. While the site is in Italian, it is fairly easy to navigate. Click on a route number and direction. When the ATAC map appears, you can scroll down to the bottom of the map to see the various stop location. Clicking on a stop will bring up a closer view of the stop and, at the top right, the stop schedule

When a route opens in the page, look at the area just under the ATAC logo to see link information on any temporary route changes or deviations. Click on a date on the top right to see the actual schedule times and dates for entire route.

On the route maps, check the "Bigletti" box and click on the map to see all ticket sellers throughout Rome.

Menu route names show the general compass direction of the route.

Be aware that the stop locations can change, but ATAC normally keeps them up to date.

At the moment, we are putting together maps for routes 81, 87, 492, 116, 118, 64, 63, 40.
